Just arrived from Iowa, USA in Feb. Just ordered my Weber kettle so I can appease my BBQ cravings. I owned a Weber Kettle, Brinkmann El Cheapo smoker, and a Traeger Lil' Tex in the States and looking to get some BBQ going. I am planning on doing a pork shoulder first, but a steak on the grill would be great, too.
I am hoping to get some good resources for supplies and equipment, so any recommendations are welcome.
Tim

Welcome aboard.
If you let us know what you're after in terms of supplies, there's plenty of us who've searched out good resources.

Hi Tim don't have any BBQ sources local to you, however I researched this company, and they are having a sale. BBQ in parts of the UK requires good wet weather gear
. Seriously welcome to the forum, look forward to your input.
