My type of BBQ any ideas

Post by fleagle »

As posted earlier must be of decent quality with no silly wheels! So it lasts a with with some Tlc
Smoker box like the landmann grand Tennessee but I don't like the access on the landmann to the main grill area must be more like my outback hunter.

Am I being picky? What I want to do is some smoking but have the adaptability of a normal BBQ.

Have you had a look at BBQ MAtes' website, I'm sure if you want something in particular Nerius would be able to make you something bespoke.

Nerius is a really nice chap, and can hold his own in competitions so he will be a good option.

Cheers

Pro Q make the Maverick and Trailblazer. Not used one myself but did look over one at Grillstock and looked good and should produce some top quality food in the right hands

Only criticism would be the placement of the flue, could do with being on the other side but at that price you could afford to play with it and add your own tuning plates at a later date

I think a custom build would be a bit too pricy!
