The Bite the Bullet BBQ team was formed in Feb 2009 in response to the formation of the BBBQS.

The team comprises of the Platts Family, Adie Platts – Proprietor of a Specialist I.T business by day, Claire Platts (aka the real driving force) and Jamie & Jade Platts.

All Team members have many years of Grilling and BBQing experience and have competed in all BBQS sanctioned competitions and socials in 2009. The formation of the BBBQS has resulted in the team or representatives of the team BBQ'ing in Guildford, Sheffield and Kansas City.

All Weather Griller has a posted all his photo's on the BBBQS Facebook Group which gives an excellent insight to the most memorable week of BBQ'ing.

This team is Looking forward to competing in as many future BBBQS Sanctioned events whenever the opportunity arises.

Sense of Humor: Radio Prunes rendition of macbeth is right up there, Lee Evans-stand up, Mitch Hedberg, Monty Python, Horton hears a Who, High Spirits staring a very pissed Peter O Toole, anything clever and well delivered. Not too keen on the innane and idiotic.

Hi Adie, just watched you lot doing christmas dinner on the excel. mmmmmmmmm, that turkey looked great! I'm slowly bringing Sica around to the idea that we should give it a try this year. I still owe you 60 bux.
