I've had a wonderful smoking Christmas, I hope you all did too?

Apple and oak smoked Xmas turkey
Hickory smoked bacon collar
Beef short ribs
Zaatar rubbed smoked turkey leg joint
All in all a delicious range of meats, well chuffed with my new smoker
