Many thanks to everyone for their suggestions. The closest to what I was looking for was Chicago's Best, but Just Kosher doesn't deliver to this area. However, have discovered that Ocado also stocks them. Before I order online, am going to do a final check to my local Waitrose to see if they have them, which is often the way with Ocado-stocked products.

Hi BFD well I followed your instructiions and nabbed the last packet, maybe it's because they are stocked up for Christmas but boy do they know how to hide the good stuff
. I chose NOT to buy "Ye Olde Oak" Hot Dog Onions in a jar figuring how hard can it be to slice and steam/simmer some onions.

I was wondering if you got to try them and if so, were they any good. Great to hear all the hype is deserved.Big_Fat_Dan wrote:I went to the long table in Dalston friday night and had one of the best hot dogs i have ever tasted, really juicy.

I had a Pimp Steak which is a 100% beef, a boy was it good. The selection wasn't great as it was packed out, but they would do you what liked but it meant waiting for it, but i was going with the 100% beef anyway. As far as the rest of the market, i really wanted to try a Lucky Chip burger, but that was a 30/45 minutes wait, and the last train home was upon us so i didn't get to sample one of there legendary burgers. I did however try some Mexican, tender cuts of beef grilled nestled on a tacos with corriander and onions, soaked in a real nice hot sauce, melt in the mouth stuff.
