Re: Hot Dawg
Hi Keith,
Good news - I found the Gilbert beef hotdogs in Sainsburys at the London Colney branch which is only down the A1 from you, 20 minute journey I reckon (I'm in Letchworth).
They were on the end of a chilled foods isle opposite the deli counter.

Many thanks, I'll pop over during the week, it is after all their Flagship store!!!
If you fancy slumming it one day we could get together for a drink and you could tell me all about proper BBQ and how not to ruin it

Re: Hot Dawg
These are not hot dogs, but boy are they good...
Original Thuringian Rostbratwurst
They are cooked already so all you need is to heat them for 10 minutes. They have a long life and freeze well also. If I don't make my own buns a French Bread stick makes a nice bun. If you cut them into 1 inch segments and fry with sliced onions, then add some tinned beans they make a respectable cassoulet also.
Costco also sells French's mustard which is great on these.
