Hello again Stuart,
I tend to get regular baby backs from Costco your nearest is http://www.costco.co.uk/Locations_home/ ... ter_x.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (I think). They come pre-vacuum packed and a usually pretty good.
I have to say though, if you want really meaty ribs then a request to a good local butcher.
You may need to apply for a card at Costco but the pic below shows them:

Cheers

Adie's bang on with baby backs, Costco is one of the best places.
If you're looking for spares, Booker do 10KG boxes of meaty spares for about £26.

Thanks Stu,
Yes the Jambo is basically a trailer mounted offset. But as Jamie Geer says, they're easy on the eye. They're often referred to as stick burners but in essence yes they are smokers.
The ribs were done on the Wsm using the 3-2-1 method at temps of 230-250, they tend to come out really well.
