Congratulations to everyone that took part in the competitions this year, with a place for the Jack up for grabs the tension was rife at Rudgwick.

I am very pleased to announce that the British BBQ Champion for 2011 is BBQ Shack, coming in a close second Bite the Bullet 3rd went to Miss Piggys.

2012 is going to be massive with the extra competitions, new venues, more sponsors and great publicity. Thank you to everyone that makes this possible.

Congratulations to all! Double figure trophy winners over 2 comps - BUNCH OF SWINES - great neighbours, fabulous burgers and sweetcorn - will miss your food samples

No meat wins for us this time but we did place 1st in ........... vegetables

That must have been some pork mate! I thought ours was good but way off yours. Congratulations mate.

Thanks Scott and sorry we missed you but Alan had to drive up to Reading then back to Worthing so we couldn't hang about. I was really pleased with the pork, I've got the rub and sauce nailed now, all I have to hope is that I can deliver like that consistently.

Time to work on the chicken now as that score really hurt us.
