Chipotel Powder

Post by Eddie »

While scanning through the few BBQ cook books that I have, Most of the recipes have chipotel powder as a Ingredient. Asda, Tesco, sainburys morrison and waitrose don't seem to stock it. But thanks to steve from Royal Q. He had inform me of Coolchilli.co.uk. they seem to stock all the missing stuff that the Americans have and we don't.

Or you could grow your own Jalapenos and dry them and smoke them for the same effect :D we have some growing as we speak

Nice post though Eddie, it's always helpful to be informed of such places
