Hi from Tarves (16 miles north of Aberdeen,Scotland) on a day without a cloud in the sky.I have a Cactus Jack 16" Smoker that I picked up for £25.00 ($41.00) a number of years ago :D) the guy won it in a raffle, never used it ...don't think he realised the price new lucky me! Happ bbq'n everybody

Welcome to the forum, what is your favourite cut to cook on the CJ?

Being from Scotland are you able to get good Venison cuts?

...and I can guarantee those briskets from the Aberdeen Angus cattle will come out mighty fine from a Cactus Jack. Offset smokers were made for cooking Brisket. :D
