macro frozen boxed ribs
has anyone had any experience with the frozen ribs from macro/bookers. i was looking the other day, they were in boxes of 10s. great if they are ok, not so good if they're not. i hope someone has tried them before i spend my money lol

I have about 40 inches of clear cooking space so hopefully that wouldn't be a problem

Hi all, has any one had experience with suckling pig? Im looking at about 12kg or so. Does it work . Or should I fabricate a spit from the miscellaneous "equipment" I have laying around.

Porks is up to about 160 internal, lamb just gone on. Hopefully will be done on time.

Just fired up the offset franensteined gas bottle. 15 kg of pork bellies (bone in) leg of lamb and a couple of whole chickens. Got the beers in going to be a good night.
