Tasting at the cook off events but not actually cooking?

It seems like some of the events are linked to bigger events like a county show etc so can ...

Chinese Pad Beef from Booker, what is it really?
Hi guys,
I have been buying the Chinese pad meat from Booker for a while now and I have been marinading it prior to grilling and I love it, £5.99kg helps too.
Now when I went in asking for flank steak a while ago like they have in Costco the butcher said that this was the closest they had or it ...

Re: Weight limit on an Excel 20?
Thanks Eddie, that is a good stat. Its good to know it can stand up to some good weight, I think I need to tighten the legs first, they are a bit wobbly at the moment.

Weight limit on an Excel 20?
Hi guys,
I am thinking about doing some really big bits of meat on the smoker soon and I wondered what the heaviest thing anyone has cooked on the Excel 20 was?
What is the heaviest amount of weight at any one time that you have put on the smoker?
Thanks

Re: Where to get whole frozen turkey all year round?
Hi guys,
Visited some friends in Chelmsford, Essex yesterday and the asda there had frozen turkeys basted and regular. I got a 8kg (the biggest they had) for £15. Just about managed to fit it into the freezer along with the 10kg of "dino ribs" that I have in there too
