Hi Burnt2acrisp,

I did yet another Pork shoulder yesterday, it took 14 hours and i had to foil it in the end as the stall was the mother of all stalls!
Anyhow, it turned out very nice ...

Which to buy?
Hi guys,
I have always used briquettes in the past and had no problems with them for low and slow and for the odd bit of grilling i've done.
Im getting some more charcoal tonight (10kg), would you say lumpwood is better than briquettes?
If so what are the pro's and cons of both?
Thanks in advance ...

Re: My first Low and Slow Pulled Pork cook!
I've done pulled pork (Morrisons boneless shoulders) a few times now and feel i have i licked.
I cook until 200f and when it's taken off to rest it tops out at around the 205f mark.
I foil it as for some reason i always get a stall at the 170f mark.
One thing i did notice was that my first ones ...

Cracking Pizza Stone!
Morning all,
I have read alot about pizza stones cracking on the Q so was thinking,
Could you not use something like a piece of 1/8" to 1/4" steel plate cut to the same size and shape as the bottom Weber pizza stone?
Just a thought not sure if it would be none sick enough for a clean removal of ...

Re: Which Weber ?
I have the OTP and wouldn't be without the ash tin on the bottom.
It makes for a very easy clean up and definately no ash being blown around.
Look on line and you'll get one for a good price, i paid around the £150 mark for mine and havn't looked back.

22" OTP into a smoker?
Hi all,
I have a OTP and am now finding im running out of room on it for smoking/cooking ribs and pork shoulder.
I can (at a tight squeeze) get 2 racks and one pork shoulder on the grill at once but thats it.
I will be having a few garden parties this year and will need more than that to satisfy ...
