Hoping to catch Bass yesterday at Deal pier, but only manage a couple of undersized whiting.

I was going to cook the on the Q with a lime and chilli marinade and a little of cedar smoke for added flavour.

Got some sea bass fillets, got a cedar plank (which is smaller than I expected), cherry and hickory chips and my gas BBQ.

Can anyone suggest a recipe for these fillets as I'm new to gas.....Something to impress the missus and kids!! Last attempt at fish wasn't great.
