I'm in Basildon and (hopefully) the meat will be coming from Masons in Billericay, just need to get up there while they're open next week to pick up the meat. Then find somewhere that does some decent lump/briquettes at this time of year too..

I'm new here but have a couple of smokes under my belt so far on my new babay 57cm WSM. Ribs and Chicken have previously turnved out lovely but with room for improvement and a rolled brisket (only 1.1kg) tasted great but was alittle dry in places.
