Hi All,

I'm into smoking low and slow, I have a UDS at the moment, which is a dog to control the heat on since the lid is very baggy! Just can't control the air flow. I got the drum free and it was a sealed lid type, not the clamp type. It will do for now.
I hope to build a proper double skinned, multi shelf, box style smoker with auto temp control once my new shed is up! I've got the PID controller/fan, etc. I just need to build the smoker!

I have already found the forum useful as the barbequesupply people recommended for smoker wood is very near me and I hope to get some soon!
