Well for a first attempt I didnt do bad i think the air leak round top vent was to blame for not getting down
to 225, 240-265 is what i was getting. apart from that the Ebay ceramic was good, need to do
some more cooks before doing another over nighter. but aprt for that the Brisket was NIce very nice
I have had 2 Man V Food Size bread cakes full of the stuff and my guess's loved it !!
sorry my pics dont do it justice. ANd as for charcoal there must be over 60% left
thats after a 12hr cook

Looks really good!

That is a ridiculously little amount of charcoal used for that length of cook!!!

Im very jealous of people cooking this weekend, Ive had a meat induced injury so had to lay off......

I did briskett a few weeks ago, i didnt get it quite right i dont think, so i will be having anouther go in a few weeks.

It always looks way better on MvF.
