There is no such thing as a 'trade license'
If you are a sole trader, that is fine.

I had to provide bank statements and paying in books in company names. Along with a recent invoice with same.
Might be easier to get an account at your local Makro and see if they can get the ribs in you're after seeing as they're owned by Booker now.

I'll have a look - I think Costco is the same as Booker in that you have to be some form of trader or qualifying group/union right?

I believe so yes. But out of the three Ive joined Booker were the strictest on ID. I took a load to Costco and Makro and they never even checked it.
Costco do a Trade card and an individual card for people of certain professions or companys.
