I think I would be curious to see the whole of that episode, the US Army combats is something that intrigues me, is this for some kind of troop event?

I have seen BBQ Pitboys boil ribs and they seems to have a bit of a cult following with stuff like this. But interestingly the Pork loin reminds me of the Ready Stead Q (Mystery Box back then) event we did at Rother Valley.

I don't particularly pay too much attention to the whole celebrity hate thing, with the exception of Jamie Oliver and that was only because he wanted to place his gas heated red hot paella pan on the back of Edna, and when I told him NO he said "I didn't matter because I wasn't important", after that I can take or leave him, preferably the latter.

Anybody know when Pitmasters Season 3 airs and are there plans afoot to obtain a viewings?

Cheers

As a novice with a basic BBQ I boiled my ribs as well and so far no bad results. Tender and fall off the bone. With my dodgy gas BBQ I couldn't leave them on there for hours.

For me it was more about convenience than status and what he hell my marinade was fantastic

Now with the move to charcoal and smoking coming soon I'll be able to compare the 2 techniques.
