Congratulations! Having seen the food truck race I'm now on the look out for a truck to house my hot and cold serving counters which I rescued from a hospital canteen. They're 8 gastronorms wide so I can feed masses with them. :D I also like the idea of renegade set ups in big cities. Maybe a round the world trip financed by selling BBQ along the way!

It amuses me that when my pals come over from the States its fish and chips that they want.

Good Fish and Chips is hard to come by in the States. I can't think of any good places I have got them there except California and New England. Much easier to get great bbq. I just had my first ever Fish and Chips in Germany last week and it was pretty darn good..

It's traditional all over the British isles, not just England. Here in N.Ireland and the Republic its the traditional take-away dish, but we don't add the mushy peas, just a simple fish supper.
