For those of you I know...JimRhino's BAAACK!
For those I haven't had the pleasure of knowing, I'm Jim "Rhino" Reincke from the U.S. When I was very active on the U.S. BBQ scene, I had an Illinois team, a member of KCBS, and quite active, called BanditBBQ.com. I was the original founder of the Illinois BBQ Society and father of TheBBQBootCamp.com. What an awesome ride it was!
The years since then have been filled with moving my family across the U.S., from Illinois to Washington state (about 3218.69 kilometers) and kept busy with life. Still cooking but not as much in the competition scene since there aren't as many competitions around my new home of 11 years.
Anyway, just wanted to pop-in and say hi. Hope you're all doing well and rockin' right along!
