Did my first cook in my uds struggled to get above 200 degrees was in the bottom end of the smoker range on my gauge all cook. This is my uds design
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUQbGTSXhdk I used restaurant grade lump wood charcoal, I had all the vents open all of the cook. If anyone could give me advice how to get the temperature up?

Either the coals aren't getting enough air through the basket/they're being smothered by ash or you're not getting enough airflow. Maybe add another vent?
