given the position of the legs do you think you will get more than 6 racks on there now?

I can defo get 6 in, with slight overlap or some thought into positioning I might get 8-9 in

Well I've got 8 racks in but had to sit the step up grill on top of 2 racks, I think a combo of the rib rack to start and the step up grill when foiled might be the better option

turned out really well :)

I used racks of ruin bbq sauce on them, thumbs up from everyone

I think in the future im gonna use a welding blanket to keep the temps up, the ambient temp wasn't great and it was really windy, even had rain for the last hour, the wind really has a big affect on temps, I used a large brolly sideways to keep most of it off the smoker, but as soon as I moved it I lost about 20f within a minute

im also gonna get some heat beads and fill the basket a bit more
