Hello there to everyone!!
I just slipped into the real BBQ world, after the odd play napalming burgers on a cheapo BBQ from the local supermarket every 2 years or so.
I went gas, and bought a Swiss Grill i-430 and then decided that I wanted to cover all the bases and bought a Weber 67 cm one touch premium as well, it was cheap in Costco and that is my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!!
Tried the simpler things so far, steaks which have turned out pretty well with my missus saying that the last lot I cooked was the nicest steak she ever had!!! Done a spatchcock chicken or 2 as well so slowly trying the finer side of things as opposed to the Brit standard burger and a banger.
Looks a good place here to get advice, and I apologise for any stupid questions (I will try my best to avoid em!)
