My IT ineptitude

Grrrrrr. How the bloody hell do I put my avatar (I assume that's my pickie) on my profile, computer keeps saying the file is too big. Please can anyone tell me how to sort it out (bear in mind I'm a guy who types with two fingers). It's stored as a PDF and I don't know how to use adobe either.

You need to use software to resize it. If you want to email it to me I can get it to the right size. PM me
