If you press the power button and the button at the bottom of the screen at the same time it will take a picture of the screen. You can then share / print that picture to your hearts content. Hope that helps. Simon

After the rave reviews I also bought this. Some lovely recipes. Am going to be trying the beef ribs and their brisket ones this weekend I think.

Bit annoyed that they don't offer ingredient-based alternatives to some of the sauces they use.

Feck. Made a mistake - damn Kindle application. Disregard my comment on the alternative sauce. I was looking at the brisket one and didn't see the alternative to the Butcher BBQ brisket injection.
