Anyone know of the best BBQ rib racks to buy? using on a UDS and a GMG DB
There are loads on the market but some seem to be tightly spaced. So me thinks if there's no air/heat flow around the ribs because they are squeezed together, then poor product and longer cook time. I know some alternate rib and space which seems to defeat the object a bit. Any suggestions?

Yes yes I do, if you go to IKEA they have an device which is described as a pot lid tidy for about a fiver, it can hold 5 racks and scissors open and closed so you can open wide so you are not scraping the rub off and then scissor close to hold.
It is simply the best I know Aris has posted a link before,
happy ribbing.

This is the one i have -
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ultimate-BBQ-Gr ... B004ROQBGCIt's very good, lots of room so you can fit very meaty ribs on, even when they're wrapped. It's a pain to clean though.

A good selection of Rib Racks there. It looks from the pictures that your one is supposed to be non-stick - I am surprised that it is a problem to clean. Would you still recommend it?

It is non stick, it's just a pain to clean in regards that there's a lot of metal and joins to clean around. I would very much recommend it, it's nice and long so will hold full racks of spares without them flopping about and touching each other. All the other racks I've seen look quite small and only hold the ribs in the middle.

+1 for what Tiny said.
The Ikea ones are cheap, last a long time, and the fact you can adjust the size means you can use them for any type of rib including beef ribs.

You can also unscrew the prongs of the Ikea rack to clean a bit easier
