I know cambro boxes are for both hot/cold holding but will an igloo or colemans cold box hold hot food just aswell?

I've used a coleman's to hold a pork butt for a few hours. It's not as good as my catermax box but it worked fine

Wrapped in foil and a couple of towels you can get 3 or 4 hours, if you preheat the box with water maybe a bit more, should be enough for most people and certainly cheaper than the catering versions!!

Worth keeping an eye on eBay occasional bargains can be had. My catermax cost me £10
