Ribstock was a better event than the year before, for both the public and the competitors. We were helping another competitor out again this year, but we'd like to see if we can get a spot to cook it ourselves as it is a lot of fun, but it's also very busy and hard work. Me and the Mrs were both knackered on Sunday.
