Anyone know where I can get a Big Joe?

Hi,

As the title suggests, I've been looking for a Kamado Joe Big Joe but really struggling. Seems the distributor is out of stock for the next 4-6 weeks and I can't find anyone with any in stock. Tried all the usual options - Google shopping, ebay, amazon etc and a many of the named stockists on the KJ website but no luck so far. I want this for a big family get together on 13th July so the current distributor lead time is beyond this date. I've looked at alternatives and am holding out for the Big Joe at the moment. I've also pinged the manufacturer and a US vendor to see if they can hook me up but not got any response as yet.

So.... anyone seen any of these in stock anywhere?

Hi, try this place, I went to checkout and it shows in stock (black model) http://www.keengardener.co.uk/337-kamado-joe-grills they have a red one too, but not sure if it's in stock

Couldn't get hold of anyone so just placed an order and will wait to see if it gets knocked back tomorrow (already happened with 2 other suppliers). On the plus side it's showing the red ones out of stock until November and the black ones on 2-4 days delivery so fingers crossed they have them in stock

Spoke to the retailer today and unfortunately they don't have any in stock and were relying on distributor for delivery. So I followed up with distributor again to see if they knew anywhere with these in stock and they put me on to another retailer that they'd supplied their last two Big Joe's to last week. I rang them up and they had just one left which must be just about the last one in the country . Arrives on Tuesday, first cook will be Wednesday

Great news!! I wish these suppliers would be honest about stock levels - a real PITA
