Pitt Cue Co recipe book

Anyone else bought the Pitt Cue Co recipe book?

Mine arrived this morning and I have to say it's a thing of beauty! Really nicely designed book and just chocablock full of recipes. Interestingly, not just meat and sides, but also some interesting bbq-friendly drinks and desserts.

The recipes look a bit restauranty in parts - ie they rely on you already having made this sauce, that sauce, this rub, this pickle, this bun… etc. I look forward to giving them a go though!

Well worth the £11 it's going for on Amazon.

I'm so predictable, it really is a good book isn't Marcus, especially the brine and pickling section, picklebacks a plenty!
Just a all round great book.

what we going to see first Marcus? Look forward to it.
