After being away this weekend, I have had to play catch up BIG time to get my produce ready for the local market!
Monday, smoked 5.5 kg of Cheddar using a mixture of pear, apple and hazel.
Tues, 2.25 kg Stilton using the same mix.
Tonight, picked loads of Wild Garlic and made pesto.
Thurs, got to pick up and smoke 2 kg of Goats Cheese, plus wrap and weigh, and price all above.
Fri, make new signs/labels(Drink Cyder).
Sat ,sell above whilst losing voice explaining how it was done/made etc.
Is it worth it?
