Took delivery of one of these today. Will give it a try out at the weekend. Not sure how much use it will get but it's another toy to play with.

Would you use a Pizza stone with that?

Yes it comes with a pizza stone. It's basically a pizza stone with a low profile lid to direct more heat to the top of the pizza

Looks like a nice bit of kit, Let us know how they turn out. Not that I have any pulled pork left after I cook some, but I would to do one with and bbq sauce as a base!!

Had my first run out with the pizza oven today.
Fair to say the first pizza was a disaster. Not cooked for long enough and I really struggled rotating it. Cooked 3 further pizzas and each one was better than the previous one and I found it easier to rotate the things and get them on/off the pizza stone. Family certainly liked the end results (baring the first one).
I need a little more practice particularly at shaping my dough, rustic would be a kind description of some of the shapes I produced. And it would be nice to actually make one without covering the kitchen, the outside cooking area and myself in flour. But overall I'm pleased and will certainly be cooking a few more.

Sounds like the pancake problem, most people only cook pancakes once a year so the first few are always dodgy. Seems like you're getting a handle on it now

There's definitely a knack to using it and I'll certainly persist with it. I suspect though that it will fall into the same category as the rotisserie, something that you're glad you've got but not seeing frequent use.
