The roses tin is an ash catcher, it comes wih a shallow aluminium bowl but as I feared on a windy day this serves more as a launch pad for the ash.

Built mine last night and am very pleased as it is good kit.

Only 1 answer when it comes to chimney starters, pay the extra for the Weber, it makes good sense,
