Just got my GMG Daniel Boone grill and love it to bits, but I wonder why smokers/grills don't have a rubber seal fitted as standard on the door like you have with a regular oven, as it would really help with maintaining heat temp and keeping in the smoke.
The lid fits great on the GMG DB, but there's still a few little gaps which would be totally plugged up using a rubber seal.
Has anyone fitted one to their grill/smoker?
They're only £5 on Amazon, so I'll try it out and report back.
