Anyone watching the 'Burger Land' series?

Author and self-proclaimed hamburger expert George Motz is on a quest to find America’s greatest burger joints in Travel Channel’s Burger Land, premiering on April 15.

The 11 x 30 minute series, produced by Magilla Entertainment, will follow Motz, author of Hamburger America and director of a doc with the same title, as he criss-crosses the U.S. finding established and upcoming hamburger restaurants.

The series, which was announced in December, kicks off with visits to classic burger joints in Los Angeles, while the second episode, airing on April 22, sees Motz travel to Miami to sample burgers with Latin-inspired flavors.

Other episodes will visit burger joints in Wisconsin, New Jersey, Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Mississippi, New York, Tennessee, North Carolina, Washington DC and Illinois.

“Burger Land is a regional show where I get to visit my hamburger ‘heroes’ all over America,” says Motz. “Sure, each episode is about amazing hamburgers all over the country, but it’s as much about the rich histories and the people behind those burgers.”

I friend tells me ( :ugeek: ) that they have 'acquired' the first 7 episodes so far. Will watch a couple tonight I hope.
