Franklin BBQ videos

Franklin BBQ is a legend in Texas - renowned to be the best BBQ joint there. There are some great videos on YouTube where Aaron Franklin shares some of his knowledge and techniques - well worth a watch.

Just watched Ribs 1 & 2 and Pulled Pork.

Very entertaining - not too 'in-yer-face-yeeeeeeehaaaa!' American, very honest, down to earth, but still entertaining.

And informative.

I found his brisket one quite informative. Very much in the 'keep it simple' frame of things. Made my mouth water - I think i need to find a brisket...

Some say, when he was born the hospital used a smoker instead on an incubator.
Some say, He was bottle fed BBQ sauce.
Some say, he was given Brisket to chew on when he was teething. But we know him as etc etc........

BBQ is probably in his genes :-) he just knowsw when it's done....
