Yo Dudes,
I visited my butchers last week to buy some ribs. Firstly, he didn't seem to understand when I asked for Loin back ribs which didn't fill me with confidence. He eventually offered me some spare ribs, which he called just 'Pork Ribs'. He asked did I want anything doing with them to which I requested the membrane be removed. He just looked at the ribs and told me they looked OK. I wasn't 100% sure as this was my first purchase of a full rack.
I got them home and it became obvious the membrane was still on there. I have now come to the conclusion that he's cr@p so I'm looking for a new butcher. Does anyone know near or around the Warrington area that knows his stuff?
