So I used a couple packs of Sicilian style sausage flattened out

Topped with some shop bought pizza topping

Nice covering of pepperoni

Topped of with some mozzarella, cheddar, onions and mushrooms

Bacon weave took a bit of time but really happy with how pretty it looks lol

I decided to roll the sausage separately then add it to the bacon


Smoked at 225f for a couple of hours then turned the temp up to crisp the bacon but had a blowout so had to remove it a bit earlier than I would of liked but checked the temp and it was cooked


Finished Fattie was great will definelitly do it again
