hello all i am glad to have found this site i love doing a bbq for all my mates and family so this is a good site for me :D as i live in flat i get to cart my bbq down the satirs and once i start cooking i make my neighbours hungrey :lol: but hi again :D

oh crumbs my pics are on my pc and i am not sure how to load from my pc to forum i did jack daniels marainade beer can chicken lol i am not sure using photobucket ekkkk ive just found you on fb my pics are on there lol mobile uploads

I love the kettle BBQ's I still have my original in the back garden. It gets a hammering whenever there is a steak on the menu.

I love the beer can chicken. My top tip for Beer can chicken is to foil it at the end and let it rest for 30 mins. Mmmm.

Think I might do a couple of steaks tomorrow now I'm in the mood, my sis is coming to visit and that usually means a Cedar planked salmon :o
