Hi there,

I'm new to Low and slow BBQ cooking, I bought a BillyOh Oklahoma Deluxe Smoker Barbecue this year and after a successful family BBQ I intend to get really into it next year, so I'll hopefully getting a lot of tips, ideas and advice from this site.
