Smoking virgin needs advice on kettle (lokkii)

Hi, damn you lot have had my mouth watering with your pics.
anyway if been offered a lokkii perfection trolley kettle for 40quid (home base 200) bit I can't tell if it's a smart buy.
it seems to have a good spec, porcelain grills, hood and pan. Ash collector, thermometer, good quality materials and so on. It seems to be similar to a weber kettle premium.
Lokkii are a German brand but I'm struggling to find reviews in English so can't decide.
Please help, I have until lunch to decide before my pal let's his neighbour have it.
any advice would be great.

Old Chap,
Its a no brainer for me. Its £40 that is about the cost of charcoal, chips and a modest bit of brisket. If its Germanic in origin and kettle shaped there is very little that can go wrong.
