Hi all,
Just a shout out as I'm new to the site. I've had a 57 Weber kettle for the past 8 years and i'm thinking of making my own UDS. Had a few trips across to the States and South America and just love the various styles of open fire cooking. So thought I'd join the site and see what the craic is.....???

Just finished my first UDS in sunny Sunderland starting the second tomorrow for cold smoking
