[Q22]

Hi all I am Q22 I am from Milton Keynes and new to bbq. I think I have watched too many episodes of man vs food as I got a real thing for burgers which progressed to bbq pulled pork and now brisket. I have recently moved into a new place from a flat so have the garden. First thing I bought was a grill and with the hotter weather coming looking to use it in anger properly. I wanted an offset but had to compromise with the boss so have a gas burner which I know of not ideal but I am hoping I can learn from the uk pit masters on this forum and turn out some wizardry. You could say I have all the gear but no idea. Looking forward to meeting and chewing the fat with you on here.
