Hi all, I have been browsing for a while and being as I have just taken delivery of my Proq Frontier I thought now is the time to register. I am currently four hours into my first Boston Butt smoke. Grill temp has been stable around 240 and whilst I've been up since stupid o clock am feeling pretty pleased with myself.
