Just found this, I'm currently trying to learn how to drive my mini weber bullet smokey joe gold conversion. Proving a bit frustrating but I think this is down to rubbish fuel, about modify the grill stack so I can fit a temp gauge middle of mid section. Then back to trying to sort the ultimate jerk chicken.
