Hi

My name is Marc, Im 25 years old and im from the North East of England. I fell in love with the whole BBQ scene after a trip to America. That for me changed what BBQ was/ment.

I have been grilling and smoking for nearly a year and a halve now and love it.

If anyone would like to know more about the kind of food I do and maybe some recipes I use please feel free to ask!
