West Walian BBQ lover..slow n low
Posted: 19 May 2013, 18:03Hello all, Tom from West Wales...2 years ago I fell in love with US style BBQ after a 3 month trip to there that include stops in Slows in Detroit and Lockhart, Texas. I was blown away and can't believe this type of food isn't more readily available in the UK. Over the last year a few 'smoke houses' have opened in Wales, however I haven't really been satisfied the same way as I was back then (open to suggestions on places to eat but maybe i'll never be!) However the closest Iv'e come was Bodeans' in London which was v good.
Anyway, after hinting for months iv'e had a smoker bought for me and about to get cracking with it. Its the Brinkman Smoke n grill (ECB)..currently in the process of modifying it so hoping for some advice on that too.
