Hi All,

Thanks for having me!

I'm a keen (but untalented) outdoor cook based near Cardiff in South Wales. I love cooking over charcoal and gas, but I'm an even bigger fan of 'open fire' cooking - opportunities for that seem to be rare though. This year I'm determined to master (or start to master) Dutch oven cooking.

I'm looking forward to joining in.
