Well these boards have surprised me, never knew so many people practised low and slow cooking.As for myself I have have been trying to perfect the art for nearly fifteen years, always something new to learn with barbecue. Anyhow just wanted to say Hello to all of you.

Thought i might be in the right forum to learn always something new.I use a brinkman snpp getting old now but hey it works with mods,also haave a brinkmann smoke and grill needs replacing.Undecided between a pro q excell or a wsm. But time will tell.Thanks again guys.
